The program guides institutions through a comprehensive readiness journey — from accreditation readiness assessments and institutional QA system strengthening to program-level curriculum alignment, faculty and staff capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and full application and liaison support. Backed by a team of experienced quality assurance experts, elevateEd Global delivers a customized accreditation roadmap and hands-on support at every stage, ensuring institutions meet recognized global benchmarks and are fully prepared for mock and official accreditation visits.
gearUP | A Global Early Childhood & Elementary Teacher Education Accreditation Readiness Program
gearUP is a joint initiative of Childhood Education International (CEI) and motivEd, designed to help early childhood (Birth- Grade 3) and elementary (K- Grade 6) educator preparation programs meet recognized national and international quality assurance standards. The program pairs CEI’s global leadership in early childhood and elementary education standards with motivEd’s expertise in accreditation strategy, quality assurance, and curriculum design, giving institutions a clear, evidence-based pathway to accreditation readiness. Through a diagnostic readiness assessment, a customized readiness roadmap, technical capacity building, and ongoing advisory support, gearUP guides universities, teacher training institutes, and workforce-strengthening organizations through a structured, measurable process — helping them build toward both national and internationally recognized quality benchmarks in early childhood educator preparation.
